IMPORTANT – READ CAREFULLY BEFORE USING THE APPLICATION
This End-User License Agreement («Agreement») is a legal agreement between you (either an individual or a single entity) and Seguridad Vipers («Licensor») for the use of the Seguridad Vipers mobile application («Application»). By installing, copying, or otherwise using the Application, you agree to be bound by the terms of this Agreement.
1. GRANT OF LICENSE
Licensor grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, limited license to use the Application solely for your personal, non-commercial purposes in accordance with the terms of this Agreement.
2. DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES
The Application is provided «as is» without any warranties, expressed or implied, including but not limited to the implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose. Licensor does not warrant that the functions contained in the Application will meet your requirements or that the operation of the Application will be uninterrupted or error-free.
3. SERVICES OFFERED
The Application provides [Brief description of services offered]. It is the user’s responsibility to use the Application in accordance with all applicable laws and regulations.
4. LOCATION IDENTIFICATION FOR EMERGENCY SERVICES
The Application includes a feature to assist emergency services in identifying the location of an individual in distress. However, the accuracy of this feature is dependent on various factors, including but not limited to GPS signal strength, network availability, and device settings. Licensor does not guarantee the accuracy of location information and shall not be held responsible for any inaccuracies.
5. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
To the extent permitted by law, Licensor shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in any way connected with the use of the Application, including but not limited to damages for loss of profits, use, data, or other intangible losses.
6. ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS
By using the Application, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by the terms of this Agreement.
7. GOVERNING LAW
This Agreement is governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of [Your Jurisdiction].
